The AX10G joins the ToneWorks lineup of multi-effect units, with a wide variety of accurate amp and effect models generated using Korg’s acclaimed “REMS” modeling technology. Packed with effects, this compact unit delivers an extremely wide tonal palette. And with intuitive controls and an expression pedal for realtime control, it's ideal for live performance.

Accurate modeling powered by “REMS” modeling technology

The AX10G delivers a wide range of realistic amp and effect sounds powered by the “REMS” modeling technology acclaimed by guitarists worldwide. It features amps ranging from rare and vintage models to high-end boutique amps, plus effects that rival stand-alone processing units. The AX10G is all you need to cover all your guitar sound processing needs.

The AX10G – for the guitarist

The AX10G provides eleven amp and distortion models ranging from warm, fat tube amps to extreme fuzz. It also provides eleven modulation-type effects such as chorus and tremolo, plus eleven ambience effects including delay and reverb. Additional effects such as feedback, acoustic simulation, rotary speaker, and even tape echo are all reproduced with stunning realism.

Eighty programs for instant tonal variety

(40 preset / 40 user)

The AX10G lets you use up to one amp plus four effect models simultaneously, providing a huge sound variety. Forty preset programs are built-in so you can just plug in and play. They cover a wide range of styles and playing techniques, plus you can edit and save your own settings as forty user programs.

Expression pedal for limitless expressive power

The AX10G has a built-in expression pedal that lets you control a wide variety of effect parameters. You can use the pedal in familiar ways to control effects like wah and volume or to modulate the speed of a chorus or flanger. The feedback effect can be controlled by the expression pedal and a pedal pitch shifter effect lets you smoothly change the pitch up or down a maximum of one octave (there’s also a special mode for stepped pitch change). The color of the LED tells you at a glance whether the effect is assigned to volume, wah (octave), modulation, or ambience.

Knob-based interface for intuitive control

The amp model, modulation effect, and ambience effect settings each have a dedicated select knob for instant access. The parameters of the amp model can also be intuitively edited using knobs, just as on the original amp. The panel layout of each effect makes the signal flow clear and easily understandable; preamp -> amp -> modulation -> ambience. The AX10G is so easy to use, you’ll be able to take full advantage of their creative potential as soon as you unpack the box – without having to read the manual!

Other functions to support the guitarist

The AMP/LINE select switch lets you send the optimal signal to any destination – a guitar amp, mixer, or multi-track recording system. There’s a built-in Korg Chromatic Auto Tuner with a Mute function, ideal for on-stage tuning. Since the AX10G is compact enough to fit in the pocket of your gig bag, it's easy to carry to any gig or session. With a headphone connector and 18 hours of continuous use on battery power, you can enjoy high-quality sound anywhere and anytime.

AX1500G

KORG AX1500G MODELING GUITAR EFFECTS PROCESSOR

The new AX1500G from KORG TONEWORKS is packed with ultra-realistic amp sounds, killer modeling effects, plus a built-in expression pedal, all in a heavy-duty, compact package.

The new AX1500G goes beyond any existing multi-effect unit in its sound, design and ease of use. It's a further evolution of the award-winning AX1000G, which received overwhelming acclaim for its ultra-realistic REMS modeled sounds and for its analog-style user interface.

Main features

A rich array of modeling sounds produced by KORG's proprietary REMS modeling technology.

56 types of modeling effect variations are built-in. A maximum of eight effects can be used simultaneously.

48 preset and 48 user programs for a total of 96 programs.

Knob-style interface for rapid and intuitive editing.

Built-in assignable-pedal for real-time control of effect modulation like volume, wah, speed, depth etc.

The 8 second sample and play function lets you record a phrase and then operate the pedal to control the play back of the recorded phrase.

The Phrase Trainer function lets you record up to 16 seconds of sound from an audio device, and play it back at slower speeds without changing the pitch.

A metronome is built in for practicing convenience.

Built-in chromatic tuner with muting function.

The AUX IN jack connector allows the connection of other audio device like CD players, MD and tape players so that you can play along with pre-recorded music.

An A/B channel change foot switch is provided to allow two channel sounds per program.

Metal body and parts for heavy-duty look and feel.

The AX1500G is very easy to use. All effect editing can be achieved by using the front panel knobs. There is also a reversed backlit LCD and 7-segment LED displays for program selection.

Ultra-realistic amp and effect sounds produced by REMS

KORG's proprietary REMS technology featured on the AX1500G provides 56 types of vintage and standard amp and effect sounds essential to guitarists around the world. The amp/distortion sounds range from the fat and warm distortion typical of vacuum tubes to extreme fuzz tones. Plus you get realistic simulations of delay, chorus, spring reverb, and even tape echo. There's even an acoustic simulator that models an electric-acoustic sound. With cabinet models that range from the closed-back cabinet used in large amp stacks to the open-back cabinet of small combo-type amps, the AX1500G is key in getting great sound both through a guitar amp and when direct-line recording.

Two channels per program for smooth switching from backing to solo

The drive-amp / cabinet section features a two-channel design just like you'll find in high-end amplifiers. Each program can remember two settings. Since you can use a foot switch to change channels instantly without moving to a different program, you can move smoothly from "clean" to "crunch," or "backing" to "lead" - a great advantage in live performance.

Extreme effects control

The expression pedal allows realtime control of eleven types of pedal effects. Controllable effect types include not only volume and wah, but also the indispensable pitch bend, the Traveler (filter) featured on classic KORG synthesizers, and a Talk effect that lets you control a talking modulator from the pedal. You can also use the expression pedal to control the Sample & Play function, which allows you to record and play back up to eight seconds of your own playing. You can then play along with your recorded phrase, or use various types and ranges of reverse playback to produce special effects such as scratch and loop.

Instantly access 96 programs (48 preset, 48 user)

The AX1500G contains 48 preset programs that combine high-quality effect models. An additional 48 user programs can also be stored. Up to eight effects can be combined for simultaneous use, allowing you to create virtually any sound imaginable. Individual mode lets you use foot switches to turn each effect on/off separately, meeting the needs of any situation.

Easy knob control

The AX1500G uses a bank of knobs for changing effect types and parameter settings. You can create desired sounds immediately just by intuitively turning the knobs. We've even featured a cool-looking, vintage "chicken-head" knob for effect type selection.

Phrase Trainer and more for learning by ear

The AX1500G's phrase trainer lets you record up to sixteen seconds of music from a CD/MD player or cassette and then lower the playback speed of the recorded phrase to as little as 25% of the original speed without affecting its pitch. This makes it easy to learn rapidly played solos or difficult phrases. You can also loop the playback so you can hear it over and over again. In addition, you can even use the Hold function to extend a specific note. Other convenient functions include an AUX IN that lets you play along with an external audio source such as CD, and a Metronome function ideal for rhythm training.

Built-in auto chromatic tuner

The built-in auto chromatic tuner functions in Bypass and Mute modes. Mute mode lets you tune silently, making it ideal for tuning on stage. You also get an LED note readout plus a backlit LCD display for precise tuning increments.

Pandora 4

Introducing the ultra-compact PX4, the newest member of Korg's PANDORA series and a Personal Effects Processor that delivers more of what today's guitarist demand. In fact, when the PANDORA series was first introduced, no one would have imagined that so many great sounds and features could be packed into such a portable unit? Now, the brand new, fourth generation PANDORA PX4 takes the evolution of this ground breaking series of guitar products one giant step further.

More modeling than ever before.

The PX4 takes full advantage of Korg's proprietary REMS modeling technology to provide an extensive array of 124 different high-quality effects, and up to seven effects can be used simultaneously.

From high-end tube amps to rare vintage amps, it faithfully re-creates the sounds of 14 of the world's most coveted guitar amplifiers. And, you can combine them with the PX4's cabinet models that precisely emulate the acoustic characteristics of the most popular and sought after speaker cabinets.

The PX4 even includes pickup modeling, so you can get a single coil or humbucker sound from the same guitar. Plus, the PX4 is packed with other cool effects like Guitar Synth that lets you create synthesizer sounds, an Acoustic Effect for realistic acoustic guitar sounds from an electric, and a Feedback Effect that makes awesome feedback techniques possible at any volume level! It also has an Intelligent Pitch Shifter that automatically creates harmonies while you play, a Talking Effect for "talking guitar" sounds, a Slow Attack that produces violin-type bowed sounds, Rotary Speaker modeling and much more.

The 50 preset programs take full advantage of these effects and cover all musical styles as well as the sounds of top artists. You can also create your own multi-effects programs and save them in the PX4's 50 user program-memory locations.

More knobs mean less headaches.

The PX4 is designed for easy use. Its user interface is based on direct control via knobs, eliminating any complex editing steps. The 11 most frequently used amp types can be selected directly using an independent dial, and tone controls, such as gain, treble and bass, can be edited using knobs, just like on a conventional guitar amp. Effects types and parameter values can also be edited instantly with the value dial.

Play along with a variety of rhythm and bass patterns.

The PX4 comes programmed with 40 different rhythm patterns covering styles like rock, jazz, funk, blues and dance music. You can specify the key you want to play in and the chords you want to play over and the PX4 will lay down a pro-sounding bass line along with the rhythm backing so you can practice in any style. Of course, you can also its effect programs while you practice, making the PX4 excellent for practicing riffs, creating solos and sharpening your chops. The PX4 also lets you chain up to eight different rhythm patterns together, so you can easily work on demo songs using just your PX4.

Phrase Trainer makes learning new licks easy.

With the PX4's Phrase Trainer, you can record up to 32 seconds of sound from a CD/MD player and play it back as a loop. The speed can also be slowed down without affecting the pitch of the original material, making it easy to learn difficult or very rapid phrases. In addition, you can play along with the PX4's built-in rhythm and bass, record a phrase and then use it to practice soloing over. The possibilities are endless.

Built-in infrared transmitter.

Go cordless with the PX4's infrared transmitter. Simply put on a pair of infrared wireless headphones and enjoy playing guitar anytime and anywhere without any annoying cables.

Jam with your favorite band.

Just connect the output of your CD or MD player to the AUX IN of the PX4, and you can play your guitar while listening to songs on CD. Since the Key Transpose function lets you raise or lower the pitch of the input audio source by as much as one octave, you can play along without having to adjust the tuning of your guitar. You can even change songs recorded in dropped tuning to standard tuning.

Backlit semi-transparent LCD for even better visibility.

The LCD screen that displays effects and program names is backlit for enhanced visibility, even on a dark stage. And, since icons are used to represent the PX4's various functions, its operating status is obvious even at a glance. Finally, as a first for the Pandora series and to provide outstanding visibility, the PX4 relies on a semi-transparent LCD so that characters and icons are lit up when the backlight is used.
