Allen sets up and/or oversees the set up of every guitar that leaves our
premises. This applies both to mail order customers and those that pass through
our front door. This guarantees a fantastic playing guitar - every time.
- Every guitar is accompanied by
a technical services set up certificate, signed by the techncian, which
highlights all the work carried out. This gives your guitar added value and you
complete peace of mind.
- Both Peter and myself
(proprietor) share similar ethics and we recognize that it is customer
care and quality products that leads to long term
growth and success for both of our businesses.
- Any problem that may occur can
be resolved, usually in 24 hours to ensure as little inconvenience to the
customer. (Often vital to gigging guitarists)
