If there is one thing that we find very
embarrassing, it is when a customer has made a special effort to find us and we
do not have the appropriate guitar in stock. Please
contact us (a few days in advance if possible) if you are making a special
journey. If we know in advance, we can make sure that every guitar that
is appropriate to your needs is available when you arrive.
We will make you feel at
home!
If we know that you are coming, we will prepare a room with the guitars that we
'think' you may be interested in. This way, you will not waste time waiting
while we are serving other customers. You will also be assured of privacy while
trying the guitars. We will always be at hand for any questions when you need
us.
We will set the guitar up
to your exact requirements.
Hopefully, you should know by now (if you have read other pages on our web site
or if you are a regular customer of ours) that this service is not unique to
the "premium value" guitars we sell. Any guitar sold at Regent
Guitars goes under the meticulous eye of our technician - Peter Allen and once
he is finished with it, you will not be disappointed! |
