Handling your complaint

 I believe that Regent Guitars is the most "customer service based" guitar specialist in the UK.

Every guitar we sell is hand finished and wrapped at this point in order to maintain cleanliness and to avoid any chance of damage.

Our commitment to our customers is highlighted by the introduction of our online customer liaisons manager who is focused primariliy on our customers buying online - To our knowledge, a first in guitar retail.

All this said, we know that in reality law of averages dictates that we cannot offer the service we wish to provide 100% of the time. If you believe that this may be you, I would like to be the first to apologise. Here is what you do next:-

Email me at complaints@regentguitars.co.uk and I (Proprietor) will look into and respond to your complaint personally. Your complaint will receive a responce within 24 hours. I can assure you that we cannot afford to have unhappy customers so I will be very keen to put things right, for your sake and ours - fast!

Your calls are charged at regular rates, as per your line provider. We are available to take your call between 10.00 and 18.00. If an answerphone cuts straight in, our lines are busy so please leave a brief message and we will get straight back.
