- Complete setup, ensuring your guitar plays perfectly from the box on delivery. The setup of the guitar can be specified by yourself, even down to string guage and action required. Your guitar WILL feel and play better due to the work carried out by our technicians.
- Signed Certificate. This certificate will be
signed by the technician who carried out the setup. This certificate gives you
peace of mind, a reference for our technician for when you have it checked next
time and adds value to the guitar (in case of future re-sale).
- Technical after sales support. By one of the UKs leading guitar luthiers Peter Allen (former quality control manager of Patrick Eggle Guitars). Amongst others, Peter has been responsible for the playability of guitars for Ash, Brian May and Toni Iommi. If you should have any unforseen problems with your guitar, you can trust that Peters knowledge and experience will remedy the problem - fast.
- 6 & 12 month checkups. All our customers enjoy the peace of mind that a 6 and 12 month re-set/checkup brings. We don't want you to buy the guitar and never see you again! We want to make sure that your guitar is perfect on delivery and in the future.
