Although time has moved on and business has grown, I have never wavered from my original goal of being the most trusted and respected guitar specialist in the UK. This is why you will only find the very best people in the industry employed by myself to represent my ETHOS on a daily basis.
Due to the rapid growth of our mail order division and retail sales, (perhaps even I was surprised at what a niche market service really is!), we are now able to pass on highly competitive pricing terms without any compromise in our current service.
Put simply, our pricing policy is as follows:
To be consistently competitive or cheaper than the UKs highest profile mail order outlets and high street chains wherever this does not compromise our high standards of service.

Let me start by highlighting where we don't match prices!!
Budget Acoustic - Our Price £129 - Cheapest available price in UK £99
Do you want a budget acoustic with strings that cut your fingers to ribbons at £99 or a perfectly setup acoustic that plays beautifully from the box at £129? Technically a saving of 30% if you purchase from a competitor but what is your primary goal - the cheapest guitar possible or a guitar that inspires you to pick it up every day. We are specialists and our reputation depends on our honest advice and perfect playing instruments.
Hardware such as pedals, effects and amplification you will always find our pricing to be at the cutting edge. We monitor the press and adjust our prices to ensure you always get the best deal.
As with all the most competitive Companies around, I am sure you will find our prices consistently amongst the best - not always the cheapest (however often we may be) but never the most expensive!
As a customer, I believe that I am giving you exactly what you would expect from us - I do hope you agree.
