Buying a quality acoustic guitar can be a daunting experience. There are many brands out there, all ranging in price dramatically. Simon and Patrick are definately a strange bread as they are using the same production techniques as Taylor guitars which start from double the price of this instrument. The tops that are used have an average age of 800 years old! These guitars are the ONLY acoustic brand that our technician respects and finds 'relatively' straightforward to set up to his high standards. To top it off, they ooze quality and sound absoloutely lovely. The S&P 6 Cedar is my pick of the range and is definately our best seller. It is so hard to imagine how these Canadian (yes - not mass produced in Korea!), hand built instruments can be retailing at such low prices. If you were about to buy an acoustic tomorrow, I would ask you one question.."Have you tried a Simon and Patrick?" If the answer was no then....well, you can figure out the rest.
