Once your products are ready for despatch, we will notify you by email or phone. From this point you can track your parcel using Parcellines state of the art tracking system. Click on any of the buttons below to activate each function. Later in 2003, Regent Guitars will be bringing you an exciting first in guitar retail. You will be able to track your guitar through Supplier - Store - Technician - Desptach - Once despatched you can continue tracking the parcel via our friends at Parcelline. Our tracking system will be automatically emailing you at every key stage of the "chain" - even notifying you immediately if your guitar is rejected whilst undergoing quality control & setup. Whether you purchase your guitar in store or online, our new tracking systems are here to help you know more about your order. Our reject reports are also forwarded to the supplier/manufacturer and logged on a database. This database can be accessed by the manufacturer in order for them to monitor possible "batch problems" or to see generally where their production can be improved.
